Monday morning “Learn to Meditate” – 4 Week Course

For the early birds! These sessions are the perfect way to begin your working or study week. Learning to Meditate helps us develop a more relaxed and focused mind. You will be amazed at how much more productive your week will become.

Meditation helps us to become more focused, think more clearly and get more accomplished in our day. It teaches us to be much more in the moment, completing the task at hand before moving on to the next task.

This course is designed to assist you in setting up your own daily Meditation practice for more work/ life balance. Perfect for those with busy lives and heavy work commitments.

Monday July 27, August 3, 10 & 17    – 7.00 am to 8.00 am

Cost: $100  –   4 weeks inclusive

(Please note week 4 is 1 1/2 hours in duration. All course notes are provided along with Audio’s for home practice and a special gift.)




Participating in the Faith, Hope & Healing Meditation course with India, has given me an opportunity to take a step back and reflect on my life journey. It has helped me to become calmer, more open and identify key goals – while accepting current changes. I have been able to mindfully establish priorities and think more clearly about what is truly important in my life – with my work, my family and the community.
