Have you always wanted to Learn to Meditate? Learning to Meditate is not difficult, but like any learning experience requires teaching and some effort.
This course focuses on obtaining the correct posture, practicing various types of meditation and assists in setting up a daily practice.
The course is quite extensive. We cover posture, 9 round breathing exercise, motivations and dedications, candle exercise, body scanning and mindfulness, visualisation and walking meditation.
India Wallace has a “Meditation Teachers” certificate from The Gawler Foundation and currently teaches “Learn to Meditate” at Buddha House. As a practicing Buddhist she has been meditating for many years and offers practical advice to motivate you and begin your own Meditation Journey.

The course was a wonderful experience. Apart from finally being able to meditate (after trying
for years on & off and failing), the whole experience was more enjoyable, relaxing & positive
than I expected.
India is a natural! She is warm, calm and so beautiful in her approach, enabling you to relax,
learn & develop in your practice. She gives off such a compassionate, gentle vibe that you can’t help being positively affected by it!
The room is welcoming, comfy and relaxing- you’re greeted by herbal tea, notes & a calm, safe environment . It was a pleasure to attend each week and I’ll miss our little group. I would encourage anyone who wants more peace in their life to try this course.
