Meditation for anti-aging…forget the botox!

When we meditate we loose our “fight or flight” response. In meditation we are in a state of restful awareness, our mind is quiet and our body is resting deeply. Research has found that people who regularly meditate are less likely to develop heart disease, anxiety, and depression. They also find it easier to give up life-damaging addictions to cigarettes, drugs, and alcohol. Regular meditation can also aid in the reversal of many of the biomarkers of aging. So forget the botox, fillers, surgeries… meditate your way to a healthy, anti-aging life….
