WEEKLY MEDITATION SESSIONS
India Wallace has a “Meditation Teachers” certificate from The Gawler Foundation and has led “Learn to Meditate” at Buddha House and Cancer Care Centre. As a practicing Buddhist she has been meditating for 20 years and offers practical advice to motivate you and begin your own Meditation Journey.
Join our amazing “Womens Circle and Meditation” each Friday morning or one of my “Womens Retreat Days’ at the very picturesque Springwood Studio. Set amongst a back drop of ancient gums and rolling hills you can enjoy a discussion as you sip on a cup of organic tea followed by a meditation that includes topics such as ‘Compassion”, “Self Love”, “Trust and Surrender” and many more to set your weekend with good intentions. The group is very welcoming and inclusive encouraging the building of trust with the wisdom of women just like you! Just 5 minutes up the freeway it is an easy drive out of the hustle and bustle of city life.
India is a Buddhist practitioner and has been meditating and teaching for 20 years. Her meditations are set to music to enhance the experience and help you go deeper. The group is very nurturing and respectful and many have been coming for years. We look forward to welcoming you to our circle
